Weekly Wrap Up: Nov 9-Nov 15, 2014

Blah, I've been slacking this week! Well I survived my third polar vortex of the year so that's got to caught for something!

Sorry for the delay and lack of blogging guys, it's home stretch for the end of the semester/quarter and as a teacher AND student, I am SUPER busy. Gotta dole finals out, as well as take them as well! :) But Thanksgiving week is coming up so I'm going to do ALL OF THE READING (as well as all of the studying...maybe).

I just want to say congrats to Cali and Lea who won my Birthday giveaway! :) I have received your emails and should be sending out your books soon (as soon as I find time, bear with me)!

I have about 100 pages left of Crown of Midnight and I think I'm in the minority with this series. I just don't get it. Maybe because I find Dorian to be more interesting and Caleana doesn't seem to be giving him the time of day. :/ I think I'm just bitter. Haha

That's all from me this week! Link me to what you've been up to this week!

  1. BE BITTER, HUN! I like Dorian so, so much more and I'm definitely in the minority. He's just got more depth to me. But alas, it's a lost cause that one. The writing was definitely a step up from ToG though! Hopefully the last 100 or so pages are alright of a read. I'm kind of jealous of your freezing weather, just because the weather in aus SUCKS. We've got cloudy, stuffy days and then just pure blazing sun at 40C the next and rain following that. I just don't get it. Have a good week though! The lead up to thanksgiving must be so exciting!

    1. I feel like I ALWAYS choose the guy who isn't going to win. Chaol is cool and all but Dorian's got...whatever he's got going on. I'm not quite sure yet, but I think I know what direction CoM is going in.

Your summers are RIDICULOUS. We get 40C like once every blue moon. This summer it barely hit 32C.

I'm super excited for Thanksgiving, Sweet Potato Pie for ALL.

  2. I don't know how I didn't realize The Witch Must Die was available! I just went and bought it on Amazon for my Kindle app with some gift cards I won a week or two ago. Thanks for the heads up on that one! Can't wait to read your review of The Body Electric as well.

    1. YESS! I love these little novellas, because I want to know more about how Dorothy came to be!

Thanks so much for leaving a message! Don't forget to link me to your blog so I can return the favor!
